Every time I open the program the object social icons disappears and if I click on it, the program crashes.

I have updated it and reinstalled it many times and problem continues.

Please take a look into it

Hello Luis,

Try to delete the 2fa6ad7e-14df-4331-a297-f8c323aea4 folder in

C:\Users\ YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME \AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v14 - Professional\PluginApps\

Once done start the program and reinstall the object and test it in a new project to see if the same happens.

Please keep me updated.

Hello Luis,

In this case try to use the right click option to run the program as administrator and then test the issues again to see if the same still happens.

In case it should still not help let me know which windows version do you use.

Many thanks!

I updated the software yesterday in hopes that the problem was fixed, but the problem is still present, also every font I add gets erased with every reboot.

Hello Luis,

Have you tried to run the program with the right click option as administrator to see if then it works correctly and the fonts continue to be displayed?

As alternative can you please try to create a new user in Windows and test it there to see if then it works?

Many thanks!
