X10 Website Converted to X14 - Template Issues

I have been using X10 for some time now and decided to upgrade to X14.
I exported my website and then imported it into X14.
I previewed my import and found that it did not bring over my website template for some reason.
This is the template my website has has had for some time now and I do not want to change it to something else.
Why is your software not converting my website over correctly? This is a show stopper for me if it can't work with your new website software.
Please advise what you can do here?

Chris, WX5 has always brought in my templates, as long as I stay away from modify or replace template. When you imported, did you go straght to preview or click on other options?
Hello Chris,
Try to export the template from Version 10 by selecting it and then click on export. This will create an IWTPL file which then can be imported in Version 14 in step 2 - Custom Template Management.
Once imported you can select it in step 2 - Change Template by choosing as category "custom".
