I opened the program Website X5 Pro on my windows laptop and noticed that the email address displayed at the bottom right of the screen is my old address. I logged in to the X5 website and updated my profile to reflect my current emal address. The program X5 Pro on my windows laptop still shows the old email address at the bottom right. How do I replace the old email address.

It may help to go to the website and press the F5 key on your keyboard as this refreshes the server and any changes made to your website within website X5. Hope this helps.

Hello Oscar,
You need to reinstall the program and then unlock it with the new email.
The projects will not be deleted when you reinstall the program.
