Website visitors can use the email (-link), it will automaticly refer to the email-client.
How about the phonenumber displayed your mobile screen? Can I call the phonenumber? Is there a how-to manual for this issue?

The phone number will normaly be detected by the phone and handled accordingly. There are no options you can provide except a clear as possible telephone number.
Then you phone will detect it and let you use it by clicking.
