When attempting to download one of the free templates, it starts "downloading and installing" then a pop up appears "It is not possible to complete the download"

When attempting to download one of the free templates, it starts "downloading and installing" then a pop up appears "It is not possible to complete the download"
Sounds like they have fixed the issue - please try it again and let us know if there are any further problems.
