I like the B & B template, is this a template that works with all size devices like HTML5? Automatically scales to fit?
I know I have to upgrade to the X14 to download the template. The answer to this question is going to help me decide to upgrade or not.

If you are referring to the La Dolce Vita B&B, yes, the picture of the house (behind the title) will always be full browser width.
All other features on the site are laid only for specific widths (if choosing Evo 14, you can have 4 predefined widths).
You can test this yourself by looking at the demo.

As you make your browser wider or narrower (to emulate a tablet or mobile), you will see the cells rearrange to make the best use of each prefined width (breakpoint) but there will be a margin on the left and right between breakpoints.
