Yes i am needing help with getting this top bar off of the blank template and its not letting me at all. Like when you scroll down on the template you get this top bar that comes up and i am wanting to get rid of that. here is the web address that i am talking about. www.seanstumbo.com

If I understand you correctly, you need to go to stage 2 -> top drop down ->header and footer, lower drop down -> header background, then reduce the height.
