Can't remove white space beneath the footer?

I'm having a lot of trouble with the white space underneath the footer. I can't seem to remove it, change the colour or adjust the size of it. You can have a look at the website and see what I mean. I inserted the blue background to illustrate the issue. I need the 'home', 'contact us' etc to be at the very bottom of the page. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appriciate it.

Can you check step2 Template, Template Content, Footer and ensure that your text object/s links are totally within the footer area? If you click on the object/s you should see all 8 "handles" withing the footer

And this will reproduce the type of issue you are having
