I used the soft yesterday, today I started the program, got an screen of the UAC asking if I wat to run that program, clicked yes and then nothing happens, restarted the PC, unistalled and reinstalled Web x5 still nothing happens, the program won't open...
Saw a post about WebX5 v13 having compatibility problems with "Web Companion" but I don't have that program installed on my PC.
Please help me to fix it ASAP.

Javier, if you are running Win 10, have you restarted your PC/laptop recently? If that doesn't work, have you looked to see if you recently had a major Windows update?

Cna you please also try to start windows in safe mode to see if then it works?
If it works in safe mode probably another program or a windows setting is not allowing the program to start correctly.
