I would like to know if there is a special upgrade price for owners of Website X5 Pro 13 who want to buy the version Website X5 Pro 14?

Dirk - hopefully this is your lucky day :-)
Click on your profile (top right, this page) and select Offers
If there are any bargains to be had they will be listed there.
If you are not happy with the offers (or lack of), click again on your profile, Change User Profile, under Newsletter, click on Edit Your Subscription and choose at least Incomedia Newsletters and Website Offers
Check your spam filter often and if you are using gmail, look in the promotions Tab frequently (you can right click and move to inbox which will train gmail).
Check out their profile for offers, or wait for the newsletter with promotions, check out websitex5.com at the bottom for sign up newsletter.
The offers for subscrition and upgrade last autumn are over now !!
