How to re-create lost .iwzip files

I copied "My Documents\Incomedia" folder with all my projects to the new machine and realized thet there is no .iwzip files there (old machine has been recycled, hard drive formatted).
How can I recreate these files? All remaining files and folders are shown in the attachment.

Set the default folder in x5 to the folder where you found these files is. open x5, select the project, export project in step 5 to create the iwzip.
the default folder is set at the startup screen of x5 (preferences)
set default folder back.
