Search bar not displaying in responsive layout

I can't get the search bar to display in the responsive version of my site at 720 or 480. Any suggestions ?

In v12 there are limited options in responsive mode.
The only available items you can see in step 1 template style, then responsive template structure.
From v13 and on it is possible to set this.
