FTP ERROR !

I connect to the server with other FTP programs but WebsiteX5 Evolution14 is giving an error, no problem before, now the ftp server gives the error. This is a problem caused by Websitex5 evolution 14?

Could also be your provider.
Try again later. or try to change settings in x5 to see if this helps (passive and gzip options)

We have had this issue before sometime just going back 1 step and then going back to export fixes the situation, sometime changing the options (gzip and passive) helps as well like andre says,its just a bit of trial and error i am afraid.

please also disable your firewall and antivirus and start the program as administrator. If you keep having difficulties, please post a screenshot of the error message.
