Response email with an attachement

Is it possible to attach a document to a response email after a user has filled out a email-form.
If a user books a service it would be great to send him a respons with an attached documet containing "Terms of Service".
Does anyone have an idea how this could be solved?

You could in the confirmation mail you send to the user, have a link to a pdf-file.
When the user receives the conformation mail, then the link will be clickable, and then the user can click on the link, and he will see the pdf that the link is made for.
