Stock level  en

Dear Incomedia!

Please, help me to solve my issue.

I have created a shopping cart use 'Quantity currently in stock'  option to track stock level. Offline it works correctly, but online every product appears as 'out of stock'/'not available'. Database connection is fine, other tables are generated correctly.

If I use 'Quantity currently in stock' for one product and 'Approximate quantity' for an other product it can confuse the whole thing?

What can be the problem?

hello Krisztina

Are you using 1 database for every object? You can't use a database for multiple objects, that can cause problems.

If you update stock in x5 shop, do you get an error? If so the database data could be wrong (password or url or something)

Other then that it should work if you provider has PHP support.

Hope one of these help you.

Best Regards
