Websitex5 Request

WebsiteX5 is a great and fantastic graphic tool to build a website… BUT IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL SOFTWARE FOR E-COMMERCE.
All problems we were raised about the payment since several versions ARE NOT corrected since several years, the only suggestion we have is to forward these ideas to the developers !
With the little V14's enhancements to e-commere and customer registration, more and more people are using it to create e-commerce sites. However, we realize that the process for payment has not changed, which leads to significant confusion. Many of us have raised this issue for several versions ...
Payment process – payment integration – etc…
We are more and more to complain about these problems and we don't want to wait the version 29 to have a real professional version.
Why Incomedia don't take care of us ?
The answer is HERE... our complain are just in THIS forum of websiteX5's users !
I think it's necessary to open a discussion somewhere outside of this forum, perhaps in developpez.net for the french users or anywhere if you have other ideas... , also perhaps Incomedia will take care of us because our posts will be public and can be seen by all people even those who would like to buy new software, and not just by websiteX5's users !
Also perhaps there will be less false advertising about the "professional" e-commerce fonctionnality of websiteX5 or better Incomedia do the necessary to give us a true pro version 14.1.

I agree... I'm a Incomedia user and they don't give a s... about old customers and ther wishes... I create a websites from version 8 and i pay the every new app that it's on the market from Incomedia... So please take care of the loyal and old customers like us... We are loyal to you !!!
I agree too! I've tested a lot of programs and Website X5 could be one of the best programs if the developers would respond to customer requests and get the posts directly. For these prices, including Marketplace, there should be telephone contact persons, also in German.
Siegbert, if you mark your posts as hidden, only Incomendia will see them and other users will not be tempted to try and assist.

I think that Incomedia shouldn't have done E-commerce, is too much for what they can do and/or it should be an exclusive version, but then again, it would surely hurt the regular version.
The software is great, but there's a lot to improve (hello REAL full width content ands sliders) and to FIX, and the commerce integration sure takes too much time away from devs, time that should be used to perfect the best of this software.

Ok Luis but so, they do not have the right to advertise on their site to boast that websiteX5 is a professional tool for e-commerce because people expect something else. And in case ... I remind you that we pay for it!

I am very sorry for your dissatisfaction. First of all I would like to stress that we care about all our customers, especially about those who have been with us for many years, and if we somehow gave the impression of not taking enough care of you I apologize, that wasn't our intention at all.
You have mentioned some issues with the payment method. Franck, are you referring to the post you have written about the implementation of Stripe as a payment method? I have replied you asking for more information, in this way I will be able to help you further.
If you, or any other of you guys, have difficulties any suggestions or requests about the improvements of any aspect of the program it is advisable to create separate posts, so to discuss the matter in depth and provide you with a better assistance.
On the other and, I understand the reason why you have opened this post, and I am ready to discuss it with you. Still, I would also like to ask you to keep the conversation about this topic on a single post, in this way it will be more useful and effective, as there won't be many separated pieces of information of on different posts.

First of all, for the post 188025 I answered you yesterday at 13:59.
I am happy that you decide to take our requests into consideration, because it can not be satisfactory for us to agree to give the current answers for the integration of new means of payment with "PRO" software such as websitex5 claims to be.
I think we are waiting for more ... and especially the proof of you or a user that it is possible to integrate a new payment solution!
Of course we prefer you to guide us or just give us an full example... we don't have to reinvent the wheel, and in first for most of us we can't !
