Yes WX5 supports GST

I have checked GST option in e commerce .There is no option available.Still showing vat included vat info.

I thought this was language/currency dependent, however, it is a simple matter to change VAT to GST by going to step 1 Settings, Content Language
And then change the letters VAT to GST where appropriate.
You can edit the field for any variable

There are multiple variables relating to VAT and if you change them all, GST will be displayed on your published site (if not, press CTRL preview to clear the cache)

I searched for vat on the language content management page. You need to ignore variables with private or activate.
Internally WX5 GST will still be referred to as VAT as in your screen shot.
