Why it have to take that long to get a answer from Incomedia??

To Incomedia, i know iam not the only one with problems but i dont understand that i have to take that long to get a answer from Incomedia, sorry but the suport i not that good.

Henk, I do not understand your request. I see you have asked 2 questions in the past and both have been answered in a very timely manner (if a user or moderator answers the question correctly, there is little need for intervention) one assumes satisfactorily, or have you perhaps asked a question and set it as private (for Incomedia's eyes only), in which case I am sure you will receive your answer within the quoted 48hours.
In the past months the Incomedia staff have excelled - often answering a question before I can :-)

Yes it was private but will make it public now, ok i understand iam not the only one with problems but i see a lot off people gething answer within the reasonable time and a lot after one day.

I am very sorry for keeping you wait on your other posts. Unfortunately, due to the number of requests as well as for the time needed to analyse each problem in depth, we often need between 24-48 hours to reply to everyone. I understand this if frustrating and I am sure that we have to improve this aspect.
