Please complete your details/registration through your profile (top right this page), or at least advise which version of the software you are using so we can assist.
If you are using V14 you need to go to step 2, template, resolutions and responsiveness and select responsive site.
When you add content and click on preview, then resize the width of the preview window and the various views of your site should display.

Your site as it is on the web is set to responsive, but you have not rearranged, removed or resized any of the components to properly fit at each lesser resolution.
You also have objects outside of the lower resolution header(s) which is why your page content does not fit as it should, your menu at 720 is way to wide for the space available, if you make it smaller it will become a toaster menu.
You need to design a header (&footer) for each resolution in Template Customisation. If there is insufficient room in your header for your logo and title, you can modify this in Template Structure (again, for each individual resolution)
Please register your software, Incomedia will offer no assistance unless you do.
