NO - its yours, and it depends a lot on the hosting company you work with. Your x5 is more than 4 years old and there are no more updates because its outdated . . .
Hi Mark,
If you are a registered user you can download the program and your licence key from your profile (green button at the top of the screen).
After you have published the website again the site should be up-and-running again.
You must however change the ftp-password you use to access your webspace with your hosting provider before you publish the site, to prevent that somebody is chaning the website without your permission.
If you don't have the original project anymore, then you are on your own.
