No sound in welcome screen when viewd with a mobile phone  en

Hi.

I have placed an image in the welcome page with sound. The sound plays when I view it on a computer but no sound plays on a mobile phone. Any help?

Hi.

it's not a video its a still jpeg image with music. It actually plays on an old windows phone,

but not an iphone ot Samsung.

... autoplay audio > images - slideshow - sound - etc. >>> NO! "mobile" ... 

Video and audio autoplay is disabled on mobile devices because it would use too much bandwidth: the user has to manually start the video/audio on mobile devices.
