Hi is there anywhere i could download this version of the software (Incomedia Website X5 Evolution 9.1.12.1975), as I removed the program from a computer that belongs to a school and the owners of the PC had their email hacked a few months ago and don't have access to the old emails. I have bought the new version but cannot open the current project as it was created with the older version of the software.

- go to "profile" in the mentioned pc
- look within "download" to find the registered version
- download and install
- with pc connected to internet the "register" will start
Agnes, you will need to log in to this helpcenter with the old email address and password in order to find the v9 executable download, it is also possible that Incomedia may also be able to assist if you can absolutely prove ownership of the old email account. For what it's worth, is the project very large?
If it's not too big it might be quicker/easier to recreate it, the existing text can be copied and pasted from the site, the source files (eg.pictures) should be available to you or else can be downloaded from where they are stored on the website. If all else fails (& the project is not too huge) someone here may be able to assist.

Hi thanks for the response but as this is a school amd the program was bought a few years ago, and the person that purchased it has left we have no idea what the email address was. Is there no way of downloading the old version i have no problem paying for it again just to get it working without redoing the website.
You should be aware that upgrading from V9 will not result in what you expect. Many things changed and will not be 1:1. So, as Esahc says, it might be easier to rebuild the site in your V14 or 15.
