VIEW PREVIEW IS NOT WORKING WITH PROFESIONAL VRS. 15

Expecting I have upgraded to Profesional Vrs 15, but I found only some new things and the preview view is not working. When I click it the program keep waiting with a white screen. Not only me, other clients have the same problem. When will you fix this?
