X5 Optimizer problem

Hi Icomedia,
I'm using Evolution X5 v15 on Windows 8.1 (with AVG Internet Security)
I've downloaded your free X5 Optimiser, but all I get from the .exe on the desktop is the error message "Cannot install required dependancies."Is there something that I'm doing wrong?

Hi Roger,
Do you run the installer on a pc on which you havethe latest version of WebsiteX5? If so, try running the program as administrator on the pc.

Roger, if the problem persists, try disabling AVG during the install.
