Removing Countries From Shipping List

Hi guys, i am almost don with my online shop and im very pleased with this software, just now left to fix one little problem.
i would like to sell my items only in specific countries due to returns and tax policies, so im wrecing my head now how can i remove some counties of the shipping list?

You can customize the list of countries in the Language Center.
After launching the project, go to the line Language of the website and click on the icon on the right, where you can find the country lists to adapt them, you should also synchronize the country code in sync. country_codes and country_names are the names of the corresponding parameters
