Websites v14 and v15 doesn't open when I preview

1. Websites v14 and v15 doesn't open when I preview. It opens once after I start the programms and preview It shows me the page and if I go to a different page and preview nothing happens, the screen goes white and timer icon just goes around. I have to close and open the program again.
2. ALso when I choose a page to ammened and click an ellement, on the right hand lower coner, I cn see the object. However when I click to open the element the obejct is blank (i.e. there is no contant). I have to close and open the program again.

Olga, please hold CTRL when clicking preview, does that fix the problem?
Is this a large (perhaps upgraded) project? If so, please export the project (step 5) then import the newly created iwzip file - perhaps this may "clean" the project. Does this project have many images? If so, please try the optmise program (second option)
If this is an ongoing issue, please make frequent use of the down arrow next to save (backup).
Do you have other projects that behave similarly?
