Database problem

Hello there
shopping basket is registered in the product list database
but user form information (name, surname, email,address etc) is not registered in the database.
Creating tables on the mysql database (invoice_addresses - shipping_addresses - orders etc ..)
there is only data in the products tables.

If you try and enter your /admin section of your website (www.yourwebsite.com/admin) with the credentials given for your user at Step 1 -> Access Management, can you see the history of the orders there?
Have there been any orders at all?
