hi, I had issue in my laptop and had to format my system. So, before that I exported project to external disk ( as an html and not as a backup). Now, can I import it back from the html files and rebuild my iwzip file?!

Simir, unfortunately, unless you exported the project and created an iwzip, or still have access to the documents\incomedia\website x5 - evolution folder, you have no option other than to recreate your project again.
The generated html files cannot be imported I am sorry.
To make it a little easier, you can open the index file (use IE, Firefox, edge, etc) in your exported project and copy and paste the content of each page into a new project.
