First - Your post have a wrong type - should not be a praise, but should be a question.
Next - a possible answer to your question is to use either INCOMEDIAS WebAnimator or Googles Web Designer.
I have an old and very simple example here : http://www.bramming-billard.dk/
I have made it as a slideshow and with a moving text. The progress circles is made to have it look like a "normal" slideshow. The images is not clickable but they could have been.

The last example is not a slideshow - it is only to show the possibilities.
Both animations is made with the WebAnimator - but it couold as well have been made with the free Google Web designer.

You can make good-looking slideshow with text for images, and you can make the images or videos in the slideshow be clickable.

Really thank you for your responce and help. This what I called slideshow with moving text is calling carousel slideshow with text animation. It is many examples how to make it, but unnecesaty I am not pro CCS and JAVA developer, even HTML making me bit problems and they all using this kind of stuff. I will try your way and I will hope it will work.
P.S.: In my case it is like praise, because I am really powerless here. But anyway Thank you, I will let you know if I will reach the goal in this case. :)

As Giuseppe and KolAsim has pointed out, there is a lot of sliders and galleries you can use. My suggestion was only made because you wanted some text effects and links attached to the images shown in the slideshow.
The normal slideshows can only display a text for each image - some sliders like the wow-slider can present the text with a kind of effect.
Only by using a tool like WebAnimator or Google Web Designer, you can have full control over images, transitions, text-effects ( moving fading and so ) and links for an image.
If your only need is to present a slideshow and some text for each image, using the Webanimator or Web Designer will be an overhead for the job.
