Can't make background video to start playing

Hey guys!
It's the first time I try to use a video background, but I can't make it work, I tried with a video downloaded from this site: https://videos.pexels.com/
It did not work so I converted it in this site: http://converterpoint.com/
The preview just shows a grey background and if I open the preview on Chrome y only get a static image of the video (I haven't uploaded to the server).
BTW, the video I tried to use is only 3mb.
Any advice? I think maybe a format or codec issue, but I'd like to get some feedback first :)

mp4 with H264, works in most browsers. Give it a try
If it still does not start in preview, use the top right button to select a standard browser, then test it in there. I don't know why but some codec's are not supported in the preview window of x5.

Yeah, I tried with what you said, but it doesn't work and it seems to be a problem with the program (code generated), since the same video played with no problem inside Chrome using custom code.

Would it be possible for you to attach an URL here to test? It would make understanding the problem much easier for me.
Could you also report in what browsers and what versions of these you tested? Maybe also attach a screenshot of the video background configuration.

If using Chrome, then you should know that Google has changed its politic.
