Good afternoon.

Whatever credentials I was not given, the message "The selected user already exists."but I have a new database and there are no records.

Появилась проблем с автоматической регистрацией вот ссылка на тестовый сайт: http://5.specws.ru/imlogin.php?loginstatus=-3
Какие бы учетные данные я невводил, выскакиевает сообщение "Выбранный пользователь уже существует.", но у меня новая база и в ней нет записей.

Вопрос решен! В разделе "Управление данными" я не правильно указывал имя базы данных, оказывается оно должно совпадать с именем пользователя.

The issue has been resolved! In the "data Management" section, I did not specify the database name correctly, it turns out that it must match the user name.
