PB with new v16
Author: JULLIEN MarcBonjour,
I'm facing trouble with the V16 I just have launched.
1) Installation was OK (with copy of v15 as safe copy)
2) I made a Tiny update of a text in a single page (1 text cell + 1 Diapo cell)
3) when trying to load on the net : the process stop at 30 % (before to display the files to be laoded toi the server)- this happend twice (I had to kill the processus to stop the application)
5) when back to the second trial, to start again my v16 version of my site, this time I've got the error message "you are trying to load an anterior version to v16" (which is not the case).
So 2 bugs are reported : the one which stops the loading process to the web at 30 % (before the display of the files to be loaded), and the one which dosen't reconize a V16 version
Please kindly help

Hello, point 2 is now Ok - I guess I was launching v15 instead of v16 (oups)
But Problem 1 is still there after a third trial. the loading process to the internet still stops at 30 % during "directory préparation" before any display of the directories to load (screen remains empty)
Tks for you help

Bonjour,
V16 Mobile functionnalities look great, Tks ;)
I unfortunitally still have my pb when trying to upload my site, this time I made a structure update, which took 30 mn to be implemented, then I tried the upload .... which stuck at 35% (instead of 30%). The new error message is attached.
Tks for support, Marc
Hi J. Marc.
This looks like a weird issue with the basic folder creation rather than the actual upload.
At the exact time the error pops up, your server is creating the folders where to store all of the data WebSite creates.
It doesn't succeed in doing that though, which might also be caused by some permission issues with the server itself.
In order to test this, I'd recommend you first try to upload a basic clean website on the same webspace but with v15, in order to check if it is a v16 issue or a server one.
Try and let me know
Thank you
Stefano

I stephano, Tks for the support, but that was a wrong guess, the new release V16.04 has corrected the issue (linked to the conversion issue I'm guessing). So this issue is now closed
