Re Website X5 Pro 13 - upload to server problem -553  en

Recently Imported an X5 V9 published site into Pro13 and that went well apart from the template and the vertical menu buttons which Hamburgered and which I manually corrected. Everything previews well now. however on uploading to server I get the error in fic below.  Can't open that file. Permission denied (553)

Any solution anyone please..

I just imported this into X5 Ver16 and same error 553 as pictured above

Peter, are you hosting multiple domains on the one host (as I do)?

If so this syntax appears to be correct.

But if you are hosting only one domain, the syntax is probably

Thanks for the informed suggestion. However, I do have manys site under my www.woodhigh.co.nz domain with my host. Would you think the  response [553] is a number generated by the X5 environment or is that from the "HOST"?

553 appears to be generated by the host, so they should be able to assist.

Update - Deleted the target directory and the old version of the V9 site, recreated the directory, and V16 just uploaded it without errors..
