Help please i have just downloaded SEO & GDPR UpdateNew version 16.
when i click on open an existing project, none of my websites are there what do i need to do to get them back

p.s. do i need to upload my websites again once i have got them on the new updated version for the new features to work.

Normally version 15 projects are automatically available in version 16.
If this is not the case, it is necessary to check that the destination folder defined in the preferences of version 16 is identical to that of version 15.
You can also export your project from version 15 and then import it into version 16.

Derek, in versions before v15 projects were stored in a folder relevant to the edition they were developed in (eg documents\incomedia\website x5 v13 - evolution. From v15 all future versions are meant to be in the one folder (by default documents\incomedia\website x5 - evolution)
My recommendation is to open WX5 in the older version, export the project (step 5) to create an iwzip (note where it is saved), then open WX5 v16 and import the project.
Please note that this is the necessary proceedure for projects prior to v15.
