Upgrade from Version 14 to Version 16 Download Button Object not working.

Hi All,
For the attention of Incomedia.
I created a project using Version 14 which included the Download Button Object that worked as it should. On upgrading to Version 16 the Download Button Object no longer works, the web server returns "503 Bad Gateway" message see attached jpg.
I have downloaded a test version using Version 16 and the Download Button Object to my test site at www.jimcosgrove.co.uk.

Any help to resolve this issue would be appreciated.

This probably won't help (because it worked), but I downloaded version 14 and it worked as advertised. I then imported the v14 iwzip into v16 and it also worked. Because I do not own the download button I can not look inside the object to see if there are any differences I'm sorry.

Thank you for looking into this issue for me. I have used websitex5 versions 11, 12, 13 and 14. I did not try version 15 as I had too many problems when I upgraded to version 14. When I imported version 14 into version 16 everything appears to work OK (so far) apart from the Download Button Object.
Given that to the best of my knowledge everything is the same with the web hosting service that I use and also the Download Button Object, the only thing that has changed is the version of wesitex5 (14 to 16). So I believe that the issue is with version 16, however with Incomedia you never know !

Hi Esahc,
After posting my reply above to you, I opened up WebsiteX5 version 16 and to my surprise there was an update to the Download Button Object available. Having carried out the update, the Download Button Object now works as it should on both my test site www.jimcosgrove.co.uk and the original site that I used it on www.naphillvillagehall.org.uk
Obviously you are a person of great power or the Incomedia gods are on our side after all.
