I would like to know how to receive the free template but I can preview it but when I want to download and use the ready-made template it says that it's not compatible. Please help would love to receive the help thanks.

Could you please tell me exactly what Full Template you are trying to download?
Did you check the WebSite X5 version that has been used to create the project and the version you have?

Are you using Website x5 Evolution 12? Please update your software. Soe templates are not supported in previous versions of Website X5. You have to update your software. Open your Website X5 Software. Choose 'Check Updates' and then install the updates. After updating your software you can download and enjoy all free templates.

The ''My RoseMary'' full template has been created with WebSite X5 Evolution 13, this means that you have to have this version or a higher version to be able to use it. I see that you have WebSite X5 Evolution 12 only, so you can not use it. I'm very sorry.
Please consider upgrading your software to a higher version if you like.

Before downloading the template you must be check the version that the template was made, becasue if you want a template that have been made with version 13 your software (version 12) couldn't support it.
Try to upgrade your version of websiteX5 or download templates that have been made with version 12 or older.
