Hi to all,

This might be my finding and also a question to those who might have other solutions for the same problem.
The issue is regarding to Website X5 Professional 13.

I was having this issue recently; any attachment got error when using the form.  It says "not in the right format".

I've tried using different setting, but the the last solved.  What I did was to create a database in the webhosting.   Previously, no need to create a database.

Perhaps, there are other solutions by other Users or Incomedia ...?

Hoping my solution could helps others.

Shook

Hello Shukri H.

Website X5 attachment File option supports only .jpg, .png and .zip file only

If you want more file extension then you have to create a database or create a form using HTML code.

Thank you
