h1 ... h6 tags do not appear on the site. (Seo test)
Evolution v16.1.1 and professional v16.1.1 H tag problem.

In order to get the Headings in the Text Object to display as H tags, you need to also enable the option to do so, that can be found at Step 1 under Seo and Code:
