Does not follow link to install net framework

Dear Sirs
about one hour ago I purchased a license for Professional
after successful payment, installation and registration when I open it a window says sth like : "No net framework installed version 4.6.1, follow link." I follow the link, it is a wrong Microsoft page
do I have to install it by myself obviously? Why is the link wrong?
