How do I upgrade from Evol 12 to 13 in order to obtain the Smooth (Business) Template?

Hello Lorrie R.

You can update your software to version 16 which is the latest version. In that case open your help centre account>click on the Download in the dropdown menu>Then download and install the software

Alternatively when you open your software, click on check for updates to get the latest updates and install it

Hi all,

Go to your profil and check "Offers".

Upgrade from V11 & V12 are not FREE ! You need to BUY the new version 16.
