White bar on top of page?

Hi again,
So, I was working on a website, and everything was fine and dandy, until I saw that now, there seems to be a white bar at the top of the website, and nothing I do seems to remove it.
Everything is flush to the edge, and seems to be about 16 pixels high.
Any ideas?

Maybe it could be the stickybar?
If you provided a link to the site, it would be easier for us, to see what could be wrong, and eventually come with suggestions how to fix it.
