I keep getting Software version doesn't work with this

I try to purchase a template from the marketplace but continue to get the message: "Uh-oh, your latest software version doesn't work with this."

The template says it was created with WebSite X5 Evolution 14. I have downloaded and installed both WebSite X5 Evolution 16 and WebSite X5 Professional (trial version). Yet I still cannot purchase this template. Please help.

Hello RA B.

You have to purchase the license of any of Evolution or Professional 16 to use the template. When you purchase any of these two products, the templates will be compatible with your software. Trial Version doesn't support any premium template.

I am not aware of any templates that will work in PRO but not EVO
