Gallery - Enlarged image not displaying correctly

When I click on a thumbnail for an enlarged image on Chrome the navigation arrows do not appear and when I click on thumbnail on Edge no picture appears (but I do get the navigations arrows)!?

I have tested this with several browsers, and I couldn't find any issues with any of them, like the arrows in Chrome which I can see just fine ( what version of chrome have you tested on? ), but Edge.
In fact, since Edge is more recent that the others, when v13 was out it was still getting started. For this reason, not every effect is compatible with Edge. In the newest versions this compatibility has been fixed, but unfortunately with older versions such as v13 it is not.
At this moment you might choose to either upgrade you version to the latest available, which would also grant you all the improvements made on the software through the years, or simply pick a different effect than "Rotate and Zoom" on the picture, which in this case, is the effect which is incompatible.

Hi Stefano.
I changed the effect and now diplaying correctly in Edge, but navigation arrows still not appearing on Chrome (see attached).
I'm using:Google Chrome Version 68.0.3440.106 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Hi Francis.
The little hands you see most likely mean that you are looking at the site from a device that supports Touch Screen or similar, like a Surface.
Technically, sliding with your fingers should move the gallery in this case.
Visualizing the site from a normal computer I confirm that the arrows are correctly viewed, and it is only Chrome that presents the arrows in this way when a screen of the type indicated above is detected on the device.
