What happenened with the menu

After the last update my menu is disappeared. Only a small Icon is left. I can click and then I have the menu on a totoal other place an when I make a selection I get the small icon again.
How can I get the menu back as it was before?

In step 2, template content, sidebar you may need to make the menu obect wider or deeper by dragging the handles, if this fails, double click on the menu obect and make the buttons wider.
By your description, the menu names no longer fit within the buttons or the space available for the buttons, this may be caused by more accurate algorithms in the update, or perhaps replacement of a font with a default font (a font available in an older version of your site may not yet be included in the new version).

I tried to do that but the problem was not solved. But I think that the problem is the number of menu-items. I had in the latest version 21 visible items. When I hide 1 item the problem is solved.
You can make the menu object longer in the sidebar (just drag the handle down) That should fix it.
