Hello Neil,

For this you have to contact with the developer team of e-commerce vendors like Amazon who have this kind of affiliate program. You have to participate their Affiliate Program. Here is the link of Amazon Affiliate Program.

Thank you

Hi Neil,

I don't believe this specific kind of Idea has been ever proposed before, or perhaps it might be worth opening an idea topic so that you can fully explain what you would like to see added to the software, so that the Developers can get a better idea of your precise need.

As of now, the software has no affiliate based functionality for ecommerce.

Please do open an Idea topic if you wish to highlight this

Thank you

Stefano

the affiliate program is different from direct marketing program(s).

as i understand:

with affiliate programs one can get paid a commision for advertising and sales of a vendors products if that vendor has an affiliate progam that is signed up for.

thus the person who is marketing and selling for the vendor does not have to:

purchase any products

ship any products

potentially not require credit cards

not be involved in returns, etc.

not need to be directly involved with the customer

...as the products are shipped directly from the store(s) after the customer clicks on them and pas the store as the information is sent to the vendor in the same way for a direct sales website.

thus the website is fully automated.

if you google: this link explains how affiliate programs work:

p.s.

incomedia may need to write a code to provide a link to connect a:

incomedia website (advertiser - sales) to a vendor (point of purchase - merchant) to a payment module

i like the panel approach in incomeda and their add ons and believe that incomedia is the best of this type of web design programs but this would also be a good opportunity for incomedia to simplify their dashboard with utilizing checks or dots to choose different add ons and features as part of their program and make the program as user friendly as it is suggested on the level of other windows based programs such as: word, powerpoint, smart draw, etc. and several other propieaatry programs are with more functionality check or dot selecting, word processing writing and drag and drop and less web design specific steps in steps 1- 4.

also i would appreciate incomedia creating a teach yourself book and quick study sheets perhaps for different levels

Hi Neil.

I get what you mean alright, but can confirm that this is not possible at the moment.

Since it sounds like an interesting idea nonetheless, I would suggest you open a new Idea topic on both these matters.

Please do so, since the Idea topics are kept track of by the Staff when discussing future improvements for the software, and allow the Developers for a better analysis of what functionalities are most needed by the users

Hope I've been helpful

Stefano
