Row and column limits in versions of website X5 pt2  en

In a question of Charles G it was stated that the limit of rows is 64.

I DO need more rows because I place pictures in my site and sometimes, to show a picture well, i need 6 (!) rows for one picture.

Perhaps extended loading speed is no issue/problem because with this example I can place only 10 pictures on a page.

Hi Felix,

thank you for your e-mail.

It is always advisable to login using the e-mail address used to register the licence, so we know all the details regarding your licence history.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add more than 64 rows on a page, I'm sorry about this. Please consider it is better not to add with too much content on a page, especially pictures, as they could affect the page loading speed, which might be an issue on mobile devices in particular. Users tend in fact not to wait too much for a page to be loaded, and if it takes too long they tend to leave the website.

Please let me know if I can be of further help. Kind regards.

Hello Felix,

Instead of adding images per row, you can add objects like Gallery, Jessor Slider, Circular Discography, Accordian Image etc. You can insert as much images as you want.

As Elisa says, images, videos can slow down you page speed.

Inserting slideshows will make your website more attracting than single image.

Hope this will help you.

Thank you

Hello ANI,

Thank you for your reply but this is not an option because I need an entry per line.

I will try otherwise.

... maybe I did not understand what you have to do, but, why 6 lines for an image, when only one is enough?
... however, if you use the Table Object, you will not limit the number of lines available.

(IT) ... forse non ho capito cosa devi fare, ma, perchè 6 righe per una immagine, quando ne basta solo una?
... comunque, se usi l'Oggetto Tabella, non avrai limite al numero di righe a disposizione.
.

ciao
