Repeated download failure for X5 Professional

I have just purchased the X5 professional, Web Animator, additional Credits and Back-up disc.
The payments have gone through successfully.
I have the product keys etc for all relevant items and Web animator has downloaded, additional credits registered successfully but the main product has failed to download....have tried 5 times.
Help and suggestions would be brilliant.

You can find the downloadable file in your Help Centre Profile and in the email you have received.

That would probably have been my next step, I just hate the switc it off/on routine
Anyway I seem to resolved it although I'm still not sure what made the difference.
I was originally downloading via Firefox. Being an old hand with software, the internet and the mysteries behind the screen, I swapped to Edge. At first it got 76% way through and then stopped.
I tried again....and wonedr of wonders....It worked. Now all up and running and I'm looking forward to leaving all that HTML and CSS in the the history books.
