My project is not getting upload giving server connection error

from last 2 days i am trying to upload my project from website x5 16.2.1 pro version, as i have take server on one.com and when i am trying to upload the file from my software to server it is giving an error or "not responding to the server", uploading the database very slow and get hang or retry retry uploading and at the end file uploading get fail in between, i have talk with one.com support team also but they have check from there side for the server they are saying everything is function fine from their side. They told me to talk with the software provider for the problem.
i have a class login and some poducts which i daily use to sell but i get stuck with uploading now.
Sending you some files which is giving me all such error and hang ups while uploading the project
I tried many thing but get stuck now so badly need help from you experts...
It looks like bad WIFI or internet connection.
If you don't use a cable connection but wifi, try a cable connection, or reset wifi router.

that is only problem are you sure, ok then i check with the cable connection first and then i will reply for the same.

No I am nt sure, but there is a big chance that this is the problem.
Just test and see if not we will look further.
