Problem with websiteX5 Prof  en

Hello,

I get this error since yesterday when I start WebsiteX5 Prof. I have already uninstall this program en install it again. But still no recovery. 

Could you please help me to solve this error?

Please install the following .Net Framework and Visual C++ versions again:

Then, please start the program as administrator.

Dear Elisa,

There has been already installed the above mentioned programs. I have "WebsiteX5 prof. 16" about a year and worked goed, but it can be opened since Wendsday 09-26. 

When I try to work with website Websitex5 Evo. 15, it works correctly.  

Please help me to solve this error.

You might like to disable any anti-virus, firewall, malware software, you might also like to make sure that WX5 still does not work even if you disconnect from the internet before running it.

Otherwise

As WX5 is crashing whilst starting up, and as you say it did work, have you considered running chkdsk?

You can right click on C: in windows explorer, select properties, tools and error checking, but I find it is not as thorough as the alternative,  open a cmd prompt (as administrator), type chkdsk c: /r answer Y (yes), reboot and wait (sometimes for hours).
