in version 12 there is  general settings, with main menu & drop down menu.

where are these in version 16

I dont know if my template is corrupt or if the features are relocated to other part of the build process.

This template I am using was originally created in V12

in V16 there are several things I can not use as they are listed in the user guide as PRO version.

Do I have the wrong version of incomedia

Regards

Bernard

Bernard, in v16 the menu is an object so you need to double click on it and then you will see tabs for level menu (drop down) and hamburger menu.

If evolution continues to meet your needs then just as in the past, evolution is the correct version for you, but if you require some or many of the features available only in professional then it is possibly time to upgrade. Always check your profile (top right) and click on offers in case Incomedia is offering an incentive.

I found the menu item

If I place this on the opening page It still does not give me the flexibility to change the dropdown menu's (on my created pages) size and colour.

It also gives the as per the version 12.

I have drop down items in my webpage and it is these I want to change, I dont want to create another dropdown menu.

If I export to v12 I can do this then export back to v16

Messy but works. and not the correct way to do it.

Sorry Bernard.

It should be where you had it in v12, either in the header or the sidebar (verticle menu on left or right), click on step2Template, Template Content.

If the words are not visible (as in example), drag the handles and make the box bigger. You are no longer limited to a single row and by resizing you can multiple columns or rows of menu items.

Being an object, you can now place the menu anywhere, even on a page or the footer if you wish.

Example http://mountwaverleyrotary.org/

(my apologies for the music)

The screen shot you provided is from v12 I assume. In v16, Template, Template content, look for the outline of your menu and double click to access the drop down options. Is there a link to your existing site to help with our guesses??

Hi

If I place the menu item on the header it gives me extra menu / item column.

I am trying to work with existing menu drop down items.

Example from my website (this is old copy) www.si-tech.com.hk

The top menu items are Homepage.  Si-Tech.  Calmont wire & cable.

Each of these have 3 drop down items. these are the ones I used to edit witing V12 as per the picture.

Now I dont see where to edit them.

I will add extra items but need to see how to change before I do.
